The Role
* 2 Delivery Consultant positions required for experienced recruiters
* A range of markets available - full training on market given
* Delivery Consultant position to progress to 360 in time when you are ready
The Package
* £23-30k basic - salary depends on experience and if you are hired as delivery or senior delivery consultant
* 15% flat commission
* 30% split of the deal as a delivery consultant
* Build a contract book as a delivery consultant. When you are promoted to sales consultant you will earn 50% split of any delivery deals you do and 100% on clients you bring in yourself.
* OT £45 to 60k

* You will be working underneath very high billers who will train you to be the same, you must want to take advantage of this learning opportunity and see the benefit in working one to one with 500k plus billers.
* The business has scaled significantly to more than £25m billings within 7 years.
* This is a very stable and fast-growing organisation that thrived and grew during covid, is cash rich, is expanding internationally and has space to add 20 people in the next few years
* Incentives and holiday trips for high performance

* This is not a KPI driven environment, we provide space, direction and support
* They are very tech focused themselves and invest in the right tools for the team
* Everyone has a LinkedIn recruiter licence
* If you come from a Contract recruitment background and will be leaving behind a billing desk we will discuss options to have a guaranteed commission for a period of time on entry to this client.
The requirements
* Previous recruitment experience in IT market/ Built Environment/ Energy is preferred (1 plus years ideally)
* You must want to do a 360 role eventually with training and support available
* You must want to work in the office full time
