Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Account Manager based in Chelmsford. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored rental solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance on product and service offerings. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Expertise in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience in sales, account management, or similar roles, with a focus on achieving targets
* Knowledge of the plant, tool, and equipment hire industry will be considered a plus
* Ability to provide tailored solutions and manage customer inquiries effectively
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools or sales software is desirable
* Valid driver’s license to visit clients as necessary
* A proactive and customer‑focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service
