Role Description
This is a part-time Field Operations Supervisor role based on-site in Essex. The Field Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include supervising field staff, coordinating service delivery, addressing client needs, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement in operations. This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on delivering exceptional quality service.
