Oliver Sanderson is partnered on a retained basis with a global FM business to appoint a Senior Operations Manager to lead a significant multi-contract operation across Lincolnshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded operational leader with the ability to drive service excellence, improve performance, develop high‑performing teams and build strong client relationships across a diverse contract portfolio.
Reporting to the Assistant Operations Director, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational performance of multiple contracts, ensuring service delivery, health & safety compliance, client satisfaction and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.
You will:
- Lead multi-contract operations and service delivery.
- Own P&L performance and profitability.
- Build and develop high‑performing teams.
- Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive compliance, health & safety and operational excellence.
- Deliver contract growth and service improvement.
- Lead mobilisation, transformation and change.
You will bring:
- Senior leadership experience within Grounds Maintenance, Environmental Services, FM, Utilities, Highways or similar sectors.
- Strong commercial and P&L management expertise.
- Experience managing complex, multi-site contracts.
- Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent operational and strategic capability.
- Sound health, safety and compliance knowledge.
- A hands‑on leadership style focused on performance and growth.
