This is a unique opportunity to shape and improve the professional development pathways for a key segment of the medical workforce, while gaining valuable experience in leadership, educational design, and strategic workforce development. This one-year fellowship is designed for a resident doctor (ST3+ or equivalent). The Fellow will: Lead the design and delivery of educational resources, simulation training, and a digital learning hub to support Locally Employed and SAS doctors on the CESR/GMC Portfolio Pathway Working closely with Medical Education and clinical leaders, the Fellow will help doctors identify, develop, and document the skills and evidence required by the GMC and Royal Colleges to achieve consultant-level recognition Coordinate mentorship, run portfolio workshops, and contribute to strategic workforce development across the Trust Have the opportunity to innovate new ways of learning and developing with the aim of improving the working lives and educational experience of LED and SAS Doctors
