An established consultancy is currently looking for a Part Time Administrator. The Part Time Administrator role involves carrying out a range of administrative functions for the wider team alongside contacting residents to book in appointments for their surveying department. 20 hours across 5 days (Mon to Fri with flexible start time 9am, 9.30am or 10am Hybrid - 2 days office based Salary: up to £27,000 Responsibilities as Administrator: Inputting relevant information into the in-house database Contacting residents to schedule required appointments Rescheduling any missed appointments effectively Liaising with the in-house surveying team regarding any reschedules and queries Carrying out general administrative duties including emailing, electronic filing, and document management Providing excellent customer service to a variety of clients and tenants Required skills/competencies as Administrator: Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office programs Ability to work on own initiative and multitask effectively Excellent organisational and communication skills
