This support ranges from day-to-day maintenance to the design and implementation of major systems. The organisation is dynamic constantly looking for innovative ways of exploiting new and existing technologies to improve the delivery of regional healthcare services across Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the day to day monitoring of Financial expenditure on the Programme Project Management system Project Vision (PV).
* Maintain and update the ITS Financial Management Database (FMD) for Programme and Project expenditures and core expenditures.
* Monitor invoices on the Finance Process Manager System on behalf of ITS to ensure correct budget allocation and prompt payment to suppliers.
Skills and Qualifications
* 4 GCSE’s at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent qualification AND 2 years’ experience in an administrative role OR
* 1HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years’ experience in an administrative role OR
* 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
* Knowledge and experience of a financial system.
