About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
1. You're a self-starter who thrives under pressure and takes initiative on-site
2. You've got demonstrable experience with commercial, institutional, or large-scale multi-residential projects
3. You bring a passion for success, and it shows in the way you drive results, motivate trades, and keep things moving safely and efficiently
4. You're a team collaborator, able to communicate effectively with project managers, trades, consultants, and owners alike
5. You're open to commuting to Peterborough, where this major build is already underway
