The Role As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results. You will drive new vehicle sales performance while ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Driving new vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessory performance. Monitoring sales activity, forecasting performance and managing departmental KPIs. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to maximise their potential. Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey. Maintaining full compliance with company and manufacturer standards. About You We are looking for a passionate and driven leader with a proven track record in automotive sales management. You will have: Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Business Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role. A strong record of delivering sales performance and profitability. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
