📍 Territories Available: Midlands / London / South & South-West (Remote + Field-Based)

🕒 Type: Full-Time, Permanent

💰 Base Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission + bonuses

📈 Estimated Year 1 OTE: £60,000 – £75,000+

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for generating leads, quoting work, and closing deals in your assigned territory.

You’ll be the face of Sparrow Construction across your region — actively prospecting fabricators, main contractors, and developers. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll control everything from first contact to signed order.

We’ll support you with Barbour ABI, inbound enquiries, CRM (Capsule), and pricing mentorship. But success in this role relies on your drive, ownership, and ability to create new business from day one.


Key Responsibilities
* Manage all sales activity in your territory
* Build relationships and win work from fabricators, developers, and contractors
* Generate 3–5 new quotes per week
* Use tools like Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and cold outreach to fill your pipeline
* Quote and price projects (training provided)
* Negotiate terms, close deals, and track activity via CRM


Compensation & Performance Structure

ComponentDetailsBase Salary£35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

Commission 6% of net margin on all deals closed (uncapped)

Quarterly Bonus£2,500 for exceeding 120% of the quarterly net margin target

Loyalty Bonus£3,000 after 12 months of target performance and consistent delivery

Total Year 1 OTE£60,000 – £75,000+ (achievable with consistent pipeline and deal flow)


What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction or fenestration preferred)
* Confident in cold outreach and self-generating leads
* Strong communication and deal-closing skills
* Commercially aware with a basic understanding of curtain walling, windows, and doors
* CRM-literate, disciplined, and performance-driven
* UK-based with flexibility to travel across your region
