Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Leisure Club Manager to keep clubs running like a well-oiled machine.
* Ensure members are happy through efficient processes and a dedication to customer excellence.
* Lead and motivate teams to deliver killer customer service and seamless operations, with a passion for fitness.
* Be highly organised and capable of multi-tasking to cover key areas from managing the poolside to coaching members on the gym floor.
* Help members perform to their maximum potential and support team development and career growth.
* Contribute to a fun, supportive, and inclusive work environment and uphold Village Hotels standards across hotels and leisure clubs.

* Expert knowledge of leisure operations
* Attention to detail and a drive to ensure the highest levels of member experience
* Motivational and passionate about developing and nurturing your team
