What You’ll Do
* Lead and enhance QHSE systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, driving operational excellence.
* Oversee quality assurance and control, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and fully resourced.
* Conduct risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations to create a safe and reliable environment.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D methodologies.
* Manage documentation, KPIs, and reporting to drive measurable improvements across production and operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders globally to uphold the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ QHSE experience in electronics manufacturing or mechanical assembly.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and automotive quality standards (IATF16949 & Core Tools).
* Experience with audits, PPAP, APQP, control plans, and root cause analysis.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to maintain compliance in a regulated environment.
Bonus Skills
* Familiarity with product realisation, design, and manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of Electronic standards such as IPC standards
* Second language skills are a plus.
