Vehicle / Sales Administrator Needed
1. Location: Manchester
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
3. Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic DOE
4. Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays
Our client, a successful and high-volume car supermarket, is seeking a highly experienced Vehicle/Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation, and efficiency are essential. The ideal Administrator will have proven experience in a similar role and be confident handling high volumes of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle/Sales Administrator:
5. Process all vehicle sales documentation accurately and efficiently
6. Maintain stock records and ensure all vehicle details are up to date
7. Liaise with sales teams, manufacturers, and finance companies
8. Prepare and issue invoices and related paperwork
9. Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations
10. Support the sales department with general administrative duties
11. Work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle/Sales Administrator:
12. Significant experience in vehicle or sales administration within the motor trade
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
14. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high volumes of work
15. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS systems
17. A proactive and professional approach to all tasks
