Field Agent\n\nStoke-on-Trent\n\nMon-Fri- 37.5hrs p/w\n\n£33,000 + car allowance and bonus\n\nJob Overview:\n\nAs the company grow and expand their portfolio, they are looking to further increase their team of over one hundred officers across the country to meet client demand and maintain exceptionally high service standards to their clients.\n\nOur client is currently seeking Field Agents to join their team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for conducting doorstep field visits, communicating with clients, and promoting company services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.\n\nSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\n\n * Prospective applicants must be highly organised and be able to follow procedures\n\n * Must have an open approach and good work ethic to accommodate the range of activities required by the role.\n\n * Good interpersonal and communication skills\n\n * Ability to stay calm under pressure\n\n * Ability to show empathy- this is critical given that we many encounter members of the public who are experiencing difficulties and may be vulnerable\n\n * Adept at conflict resolution.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\n\nThe role of a Field Agent is to act as a representative of the company to deliver a range of services that are required by the various utility companies.
