Their vision is to be the preeminent, vertically integrated, globally capable real estate service firm.\n\nThe Business Administration Apprentice will support the effective delivery of Facilities Management services by providing structured administrative, coordination, and compliance support across planned and reactive maintenance activities.\n\nUpon completion of the SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6, the role holder will operate with increasing autonomy, supporting operational teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure service delivery is completed safely, compliantly, and within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\n\nThe role is critical to ensuring accurate job control, statutory compliance, contractor governance, and high quality client reporting.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n- Planning & allocation of tasks to technical team, subcontractors or supervisors or in-country partners\n- Raising POs to sub-contractors and suppliers in the UK\n- Ensure all reactive works/calls are responded to and completed within agreed priority timescales\n- Logging of all jobs on internal systems During your apprenticeship with CBRE, you will develop the following core skills:\n- teamwork\n- problem solving\n- communication\n- ICT\n- numeracy\n- organisation There no formal qualification requirements set for this job role, however, candidates will be required to sit Tullos Training's Aptitude Test following the closing date.
