We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Pastoral Lead.
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Work with the Management team to champion students, staff, and their achievements, promoting the school's vision, purpose, and pride.
* Maintain professionalism, friendliness, and respect towards colleagues, addressing concerns through proper channels.
* Be professional, friendly, fair, and firm with students, demonstrating core values and responsibilities.
* Collaborate with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to safeguard all students.
* Be welcoming and helpful to parents, carers, and visitors.
* Ensure targeted interventions for vulnerable students, monitoring and evaluating their success.
* Promote positive behaviour across the school.
* Monitor students with Behaviour Support Plans, Pastoral Support Plans, and EHCPs.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, SENDCo, and colleagues to support students.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A passionate commitment to students with SEND.
* Minimum of two years' experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting.
* Experience in a similar educational role.

About Southpark Enterprise College:
South Park Enterprise College is an independent SEMH specialist school offering an alternative curriculum for young people with SEMH needs, many with EHCPs, ADHD, or ASD. We support students with communication and behavioural difficulties, tailoring learning to empower them towards independence and employment.
