What You'll Be Doing
As our Assistant Finance & Payroll Manager, you'll be a key player in our finance team. Here's what your role involves:
Making sure our Trust and Academy Leaders get top-quality financial services.
Keeping our reputation strong for handling finances well and providing excellent service.
Showing off your financial know-how.
Handling payroll so we can keep our payroll services top-notch.
Building positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
Working toward or already having an AAT (or similar) qualification.
Being organised and managing your workload effectively.
Using maths and computer skills to analyse financial data.
What You'll Need
To shine in this role, you should:
Have a track record of doing well in a busy finance department.
It's a plus if you've worked in finance for an Academy Trust.
Be a great communicator.
Be flexible and reliable.

Qualifications
