We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to take ownership of full-cycle website design projects, from concept to completion, for our rapidly growing client. This role demands proficiency in WordPress and Elementor, along with the ability to manage projects independently, ensuring structured, high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor Pro
* Create SEO-friendly content to enhance website visibility and performance
* Conduct design consultations with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective web solutions
* Maintain adherence to internal systems and processes, keeping the CRM updated
* Provide brief training sessions for clients on managing and updating their websites
* Action client requests for website updates and minor changes
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong expertise in WordPress, with a focus on Elementor and front-end page builders
* Experience in crafting responsive web designs that meet industry standards
* Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content writing best practices
* Prior experience in a digital agency, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, would be beneficial
* A high-quality portfolio showcasing previous work
About:
* The company has doubled its workload over the past year and is aggressively expanding its client base
* Currently manages 250 clients, aiming for 125–150 more within the year
* Design team consists of an experienced designer and an apprentice, with plans to scale up as business demand increases
* Expected to build around 10 websites per month while maintaining industry-leading design standards
