We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Nights at our specialist Dementia and Nursing Home Berkeley Lodge in Worthing
Hours – 36 or 24 hrs per week – 8pm – 8am
*We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time*
As a Care Assistant you will be:
* Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
* Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
* Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
* Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
* Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More about you:
* Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

* £12.30p/h weekdays £12.92 p/h Weekends rising to £12.70 p/h and £13.34 p/h
