Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We’re looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants in Wellingborough to join inclusive and weing schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support in Wellingborough schools for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
2. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual education plans (IEPs).
3. Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
4. Support pupils withmunication, sensory, and emotional development.
5. Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We’re Looking For
6. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
7. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
8. Previous experience working with children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties is highly desirable.
9. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
