The role We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to support managers and employees across the Central Office and wider business on a wide range of HR matters. In the role, you'll handle employee relations, drive recruitment and wellbeing initiatives, support HR projects and help generate an inclusive and engaged workplace where people can thrive. What you will be doing? Build strong relationships with managers to support and advise on HR related matters Ensure effective measures are in place to support managers and employees in all aspects of wellbeing including absence management, welfare meetings and occupational health referrals as well as generating wellbeing initiatives across the organisation Manage a varied caseload of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and wellbeing cases Own end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing and onboarding as well as supporting recruitment campaigns Support in developing, updating and communicating HR policies and procedures Help identify employee development needs and support manager in implementing development plans Support the delivery of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by promoting inclusive practices, supporting initiatives and using workforce data to drive improvements in inclusion and representation Develop and maintain a foundation for people analytics by maintaining HR data, producing key reports and provide insights to support data-driven decisions Support and facilitate the implementation of employee engagement initiatives including the annual employee survey UsingHRinformationsystemstoaccess,inputandcompiledata Support the wider HR Team in implementing and embedding new strategies and initiatives across the organisation Work with the GDPR team to maintain compliance and ensure employee data is handled correctly Work with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to support organisational goals What we want from you? Previous experience of working in a HR role at a similar level Ideally hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent StrongabilityinusingMicrosoftOffice(MSExcelandMSPowerPoint,in particular) Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational and time managenent skills We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
