The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 Basic (Depending on experience and qualifications).
* Bonus: Monthly performance-related bonus scheme to increase your earnings.
* Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a fair team rota.
* Training: Ongoing manufacturer-approved training and Hybrid/EV certifications.

What You Will Be Doing
* Routine Maintenance: Carrying out high-quality servicing and vehicle health checks.
* Core Repairs: Handling brakes, suspension, exhaust systems, and tyre fitting.
* MOT Prep: Performing safety inspections and preparing vehicles for MOT testing.
* Efficiency: Maintaining a clean and organized bay while meeting workshop productivity targets.
* Tech Usage: Utilizing modern diagnostic tablets to record vehicle health and report faults.
Are You The One?
* Qualifications: You are NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified (or equivalent).
* Experience: You have at least 1 year of professional experience in a workshop environment.
* Mindset: You are efficient, detail-oriented, and take pride in a "first-time fix."
* License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* Growth: You have a desire to learn and progress into more complex mechanical or diagnostic work.
