Join Harrods as a Copy Manager and lead the creation of luxury-standard content that shapes our customers’ online experience and embodies our world-famous brand on a 11 month fixed term contract.
About The Role
As Copy Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering Harrods’ content strategy across our Creative and Brand Experience channels. Overseeing our e-commerce copy workflows, you’ll lead a talented team of copywriters and people managers, ensuring all product, brand and category page copy meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and luxury tone of voice. Your work will influence not just what our customers read, but how they experience Harrods online, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s prestige.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all copy for our e-commerce platform, ensuring consistent luxury brand representation across every category.
* Managing high-volume workflows and deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and tone.
* Building strong cross-functional relationships to strategically support digital and business objectives.
* Driving innovation in copy processes, exploring tools and technologies to enhance customer experience.
* Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of copywriters and people managers to deliver best-in-class content.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You must have:
* Proven experience managing copy or editorial teams in a fast-paced e-commerce or luxury brand environment.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and tone-of-voice skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
