Start date: 13th April 2026

Contract: Fixed term until 31st August 2027 (to cover staff sabbatical)

Salary: Fringe M3-M6/UPS1-3 (pro-rata)

Working Pattern: 3 days a week (60/100th)

We are delighted to announce an exciting fixed-term opportunity for an exceptional part-time SENDCo to join Laleham C of E Primary School as part of a job-share arrangement.

This fixed-term post will begin on 13th April 2026 and run until 31st August 2027 in the first instance, working alongside our existing part-time SENDCo to provide high-quality, inclusive provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at Laleham C of E Primary school where “behaviour is exemplary and pupils behave delightfully towards each other and staff.” (Ofsted 2023) and to work within a highly motivated, forward-thinking team with a strong shared vision for children and families.

The Role

As part of a SENDCo job share, you will work collaboratively with an experienced colleague to lead SEND provision across the school, ensuring continuity, shared accountability and effective communication. The role offers flexibility and a positive work-life balance while maintaining high standards of SEND leadership and provision.
