Social Creative Lead

Location: London, United Kingdom


About the role

Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a Social Creative Lead with a wealth of experience and expertise in creative paid and organic social communications for big brands across all of the major social platforms.

We seek someone who can work both solo and collaboratively on projects ranging from individual social campaigns across our clients brands, to pulling together detailed global social playbooks that inform the brand’s social presence worldwide. Experience in guiding and bringing clients along the journey is a must.

A strong understanding of conceptual social creative, social platforms, and digital best practice is essential, as is the ability to execute projects of all sizes with resourcefulness and dedication. The ideal candidate will be grounded in social media, eager to create impactful, best‑in‑class digital work, and possess thorough knowledge of all major social media platforms.


What you will be doing

* Lead projects from ideation to implementation, working collaboratively with the team.
* Work closely with our social strategist to bring the work to life.
* Produce creative work with a clear rationale to accompany it.
* Act as a brand guardian for Reckitt.
* Create digital assets: social media assets, videos, GIFs, memes, and event/campaign collateral.
* Build decks to showcase your work to clients, including best‑in‑class creative references.
* Adapt existing assets and stock imagery to produce relevant, up‑to‑date content.
* Keep up to date with current digital and creative trends.
* Deliver work to the client’s brief and exacting standards.
* Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines.
* Proactively monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency.
* Identify opportunities to develop new creative within guidelines, marketing, and production.
* Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the creative team.
* Complete timesheets.


What you will need to be great in this role

* Strong conceptual skills and an understanding of leading social campaigns and why they work.
* Passion for digital & social media, and awareness of the latest platform innovations.
* Love working in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong communication skills – able to express yourself clearly.
* Ability to adhere to internal processes, including brand guidelines.
* Good eye for detail.
* Desire to learn and offer new skills proactively.
* Background in social media implementation and creative.
* Skill in crafting a convincing creative deck and leading clients.
* Ability to convincingly lead and win over clients.
