Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. It is a national network with a workforce of 1,500 and a management team committed to creating a motivating and inclusive workplace that recognises and rewards its employees, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Launched as a new brand concept in 2006, TPS operates on an Agency Model, meaning Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the number of Centres nationwide.

What will you be doing?
As a Centre Manager, you will lead, manage, and motivate your TPS team to meet business goals and objectives, ensure excellent customer service, develop strategic plans, and implement processes for a successful TPS Centre.
* Achieve Centre targets and business objectives
* Translate sales targets into departmental goals and set achievable yet challenging objectives with management
* Motivate, recognise, and incentivise the team
* Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress, and provide support as needed
* Develop a Manpower Plan and establish a succession plan
* Foster a customer-centric culture
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
* Monitor business performance regularly and identify areas for improvement
* Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities
* Work towards achieving the business plan and budget, controlling costs and maintaining gross margins
* Ensure compliance with standards, legal, financial, and ethical guidelines, including warranty policies
* Maintain effective stakeholder relationships
* Ensure the security of stock and premises
Essential Skills
