Electrical Supervisor – Maintenance Contract (Static Site)

Electrical Supervisor – Wakefield – £48K – Static Site
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management provider on a static site in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrical professional looking to step into or continue in a supervisory role within a stable maintenance contract environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of engineers delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and compliance standards
* Act as the main point of contact for the client on‑site
* Support with scheduling, planning, and allocation of maintenance tasks
* Carry out hands‑on electrical maintenance when required
* Oversee compliance tasks including PPM schedules, testing, and inspections
* Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time
* Assist with audits and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met
Requirements:
* Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
* 18th Edition (BS7671) essential
* Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role
* Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance systems
* Experience working within FM / maintenance contracts
* Good understanding of health & safety legislation
* Strong communication and leadership skills
Package:
* Salary up to £48,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Static site – no travel required
* Monday to Friday role (typically 40 hours per week)
