Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre. In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Security team, ensure safety and security of customers, people and assets, maintain professional standards, support key performance indicators, foster team morale, and drive continuous improvement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operation of Security team, acting as first point of contact for team members.
* Ensure high standards of dress, discipline, conduct.
* Support training and development for Security Officers.
* Foster teamwork and maintain morale through leadership.
* Assist Shift Manager in performance reviews.
* Participate in investigations of security incidents.
* Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients.
* Ensure compliance with all site assignments, data protection regulations, and legislation.
* Maintain accurate records and logs.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in security preferred.
* Valid SIA Licence.
* Strong literacy and communication skills.
* Computer competency.
* Reliable, self‑motivated, independent.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
* Ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Confidence and professionalism at all levels.
* Commitment to self‑development.
* Excellent attendance and punctuality.
