Our London-based Resource Management team is integral to TikTok Shop's eCommerce success in the EMEA region. We are responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive strategies that optimize resource allocation(budget,traffic etc), drive business growth, and enhance operational efficiency across the platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams (user growth, campaign, algorithm etc), we foster a culture of data-driven decision making, transparency, and strategic excellence. - Strategic Planning: Design and execute comprehensive resource management strategies to optimize budget allocation, traffic distribution, and resource utilization, driving growth and efficiency across TikTok Shop EMEA - Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analysis to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor dynamics and consumer behavior, and inform strategic decision-making - Resource Optimization: Monitor business strategy effectiveness and optimize resource allocation to support business objectives within constraints - Stakeholder Leadership: Engage senior stakeholders with clear, impactful strategic proposals and build consensus across cross-functional teams - Performance Management: Establish ROI frameworks to track strategic progress and identify improvement opportunities - Business Impact: Deliver measurable growth or cost optimization through strategic initiatives - Leadership & Influence: Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across teams - Strategic Excellence: Develop innovative frameworks with deep eCommerce understanding - Execution: Take ownership from planning to delivery with continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a quantitative field - 3+ years of experience in operational strategy, product strategy, business analysis, or management consulting - Strong data literacy with ability to leverage analytics to inform business decisions - Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working effectively in international environments Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in eCommerce, Technology, Social Media, or related digital industries - Prior success in user lifetime value (LTV) measurement or user acquisition strategy - Experience driving 0-to-1 projects in fast-paced environments - Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics - Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and delivering results independently
