International Sales Director – Digital Media & Data Solutions
We’re looking for an International Sales Director to accelerate growth across global media agencies and major brand advertisers. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who’s already well-embedded within the international teams of the UK’s big six holding groups.
You’ll take a high-performing product set to market, build relationships at a global and regional level, and shape partnerships that drive measurable results for clients.
What you’ll be doing
* Own revenue growth across international teams at e.g. GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas and IPG.
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and ongoing strategic development.
* Develop strong senior relationships across agency networks, trading teams, strategy hubs and global client leads.
* Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Activation and CS teams to build best-in-class solutions for global clients.
* Represent the business at key industry events and push into new markets and opportunities.
What we’re looking for
* Proven track record selling digital media, data, measurement, mobile, CTV or programmatic solutions into international agency teams.
* Existing senior contacts across multiple holding groups and confidence navigating their global structures.
* Strong consultative selling approach – able to uncover challenges, shape compelling narratives and close multi-market deals.
* Commercially sharp, highly autonomous, and comfortable owning a sizeable revenue target.
* A collaborator who can work cross-functionally to shape GTM strategy and elevate market presence.
