We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication, track progress, and maintain documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
4. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
5. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
6. Monitor project deliverables and report on progress to management.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and file management.
8. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
9. Identify and manage project risks and issues.
