Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Fire and Security Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on life safety and security systems across residential and commercial sites in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, intercom, CCTV, and intruder systems
* Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately
* Respond to callouts and fault-finding requests as scheduled
* Ensure compliance with BS 5839-1, BS EN 62676, and related standards
* Communicate effectively with clients and the office team
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire and security system maintenance
* Knowledge of leading manufacturers (Kentec, Advanced, Paxton, Hikvision, etc.)
* Full UK driving licence is preferred
* ECS or equivalent certification desirable
* Right to work in the UK
* Clean DBS is a must
