The start date for this role will be September 2026. You must have a permanent right to work in the UK. Applications close on 14th November 2025.

Our Technology team is responsible for the product development cycle, from initial concept ideation to handing over a validated product to our Manufacturing team for volume production. We are looking for a driven, self‑motivated engineering graduate to join us. The ideal candidate is growth‑mindset, embraces uncertainty, is proactive, and brings a smile.

The successful applicant will join our Mechanical Design or Verification & Validation team and become a crucial part of that development process. You will take ownership of your work, proactively propose and deliver solutions, and manage your workload to meet project goals. You will develop broad, deep knowledge of complex systems throughout the Technology and Manufacturing teams.

As a Design Engineer, you will take full advantage of our cutting‑edge technology to propose novel solutions, own the 3D modelling, simulation, analysis, 2D drawing, and prototype procurement using our in‑house Prototyping team.

As a Verification & Validation Engineer, you will devise test plans and use industry‑leading rigs and software tools to ensure products achieve robust, repeatable aims. You will own the assembly, test, and validation of prototypes and develop deep knowledge to elevate our understanding.

* Using analysis, test results, and peer review to improve and qualify designs.
* Driving product improvements through deep technical analysis, creating and utilising cutting‑edge digital tools and engineering judgement to make decisions.
* Working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver world‑leading products to our customers.
* Graduate from a degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related subject with a 2:1 or first‑class degree.
* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing positive change.
* A strong approach to engineering from first principles and finding novel solutions to complex problems.
* Demonstrated application of relevant engineering skills through industrial placement, previous work experience, or engineering projects.

3 months

* Made significant contributions to the delivery of mechanical parts of ongoing projects.
* Shown a fundamental understanding of engineering theory and common design principles.
* Demonstrated an ability to design and simulate mechanical components.
* Proactively contributed to group discussions and peer reviews of work.

12 months

* Owning the design and delivery or testing and validation of mechanical components for one or more projects, providing regular updates and sharing learning with the wider team.
* Showing competency across the product design lifecycle, from initial simulations, component and assembly design, to product validation.
