Employment Solicitor – Edinburgh (Hybrid Working Available)

A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic Employment Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years of post-qualification experience to work with a diverse client base, including SMEs, charities, and individuals.
The Role
You will provide high-quality legal advice on a broad range of employment matters, including:
1. Disciplinaries, grievances, and terminations
2. Employment contracts and workplace policies
3. Redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPE
4. Settlement agreements and negotiated exits
5. Employment Tribunal representation (for both claimants and respondents)
6. Corporate support to internal teams
You will also contribute to business development, mentoring junior staff, and promoting the firm’s services through networking and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements
7. 2+ years PQE in employment law
8. Strong technical knowledge and practical experience
9. Excellent communication and client-handling skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Proven ability to meet fee targets and manage caseloads effectively
12. Willingness to participate in networking and business development
