Sales Executive Role
Salary: £30,000 basic + highly competitive commission (OTE £80k+) ** first three months - Fixed-term contract **
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Start: Boot camp commencing Monday 5th January - You must be available for this or need not apply.
We are a specialist R&D consultancy seeking a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, ambitious sales professional who thrives on converting leads into loyal clients and wants to be rewarded generously for their success.
What you’ll do
* Proactively generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
* Confidently present our services and convert prospects into paying clients
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Work independently from home with the drive to succeed without handholding
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in cold calling & sales
* C-suite experience
* Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Self-motivated and resilient with a genuine passion for success
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in professional services or consultancy sales is an advantage (but not essential)
