Interim Accounts Administrator - Looe / Hybrid - £25-28,000 FTE
Trial Balance Consulting has been exclusively re-engaged by a longstanding client, a well-established luxury hospitality business. The company is looking to recruit an interim Accounts Administrator to join as soon as possible. The role is initially a 3-month fixed-term contract, full-time, with the possibility of remote work. Applicants should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Looe.
Working with a friendly and experienced team, the successful candidate will have a varied role including:
1. Creation and distribution of customer invoices
2. Maintenance of accounts receivable transactions
3. Administration of payments from multiple income streams
4. Balance sheet reconciliations
5. Assisting customers with invoice queries
6. Other ad hoc tasks within the accounts team
We seek candidates with strong experience in an Accounts Administrator role. The role is busy and dynamic, requiring a versatile skill set. The company uses a bespoke digital accounting platform; full training will be provided. A good IT aptitude is essential. An AAT qualification is advantageous but not mandatory; experience in a similar role is prioritized.
