You will also promote the spa products and services and work as part of a team to achieve budgeted targets and KPI's. You will embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests to provide a personal experience our guests will want to share. Joining the dedicated Spa department, you will: Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality treatments have exceptional knowledge of all treatment and ESPA products Promote ESPA products for guest to purchase Engage with guests in order to promote guest loyalty and memorable experiences Ensure our guests experience our high levels of comfort and quality Take pride in the work you do You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be approachable to guests, spa members and other employees. On your first day you will begin a structured 12 week learning journey, giving you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to be a great Spa Therapist. With this in mind, we are looking for a Spa Therapist who: HNC or HND qualified or have equivalent beauty qualifications.
