The role offers a blend of office and home working (once fully trained) and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can confidently manage a high volume of enquiries. Key Details Start date: Tuesday 6th January 2026 Interviews: Monday 15th December 2025 Hours: 35 hours per week (MonFri) Peak period: Up to 42 hours/week, including one weekend day Salary: £22,000£25,000 DOE Location: Edgbaston (hybrid: 3 office / 2 home once competent) Parking: Free on-site Annual leave restrictions: No annual leave permitted in March, May, or August What Youll Be Doing as a Customer Service Advisor Responding to internal and external customer enquiries across various channels. Managing high volumes of email tickets, phone calls, and web chats. Supporting wider teams during seasonal peaks and increased demand. Taking ownership of customer queries and complaints through to resolution. Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to knowledge-base improvements. Skills & Attributes Needed as a Customer Service Advisor Strong team player with a positive attitude. Confident using IT systems, including email, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute.
