Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:
10. Cover Somerset attending on-site breakdowns.
11. Helping customers with queries on site
12. Representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable way
13. Service, maintenance and repair of material handling equipment including electric counterbalance forklifts, diesel forklifts, articulated forklifts, reach trucks, and side loaders and manufacturers such as Toyota, Komatsu, Combilift, Caterpillar (CAT), Hyster-Yale + many more!
To be successful as the Field Service Engineer you may have worked in positions such as engineer, mechanic, plant fitter, mobile plant fitter, workshop plant fitter, service fitter, service engineer, forklift engineer, mobile forklift engineer, forklift service engineer, material handling engineer or service technician.
To be successful as the Field Service Engineer you may have been involved with service and repairing forklifts, fork trucks, plant machinery such as diggers, dumpers, rollers or a similar background.
