SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Oldham\n\n📍 Location: Oldham\n 📅 Start Date: Immediate\n 💷 Pay: £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)\n 🕘 Contract: Full-time, with the potential for a permanent role\n\nDo you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?\n Are you experienced in delivering small-group interventions and ready to make a difference in a supportive school environment?\n\nTradewind are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-respected mainstream primary school in Oldham.\n\nThe Role:\n\nSupporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with a range of special educational needs\n\nDelivering targeted interventions in small groups or on a 1:1 basis\n\nWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress and adapt learning\n\nCreating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for all learners\n\n£90-£100 per day, depending on experience\n\nFull training and ongoing support provided\n\nOpportunity for a permanent contract based on performance\n\nThe School:\n\nThis welcoming one-form entry academy is part of a well-regarded multi-academy trust. It is highly respected in the local community for its inclusive ethos and high standards of care and education.\n\nThe leadership team is committed to staff wellbeing and continuous development, offering regular CPD and SEN-specific training.
