Territory Sales Manager – ENT (North West, England & West Midlands)

We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector looking for a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team!

This is a fantastic chance to join one of Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing divisions in ENT. Our portfolio includes capital, consumables, and disposables supporting surgical specialties and procedures within ENT. We seek an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to growth in their territory.

As a Territory Sales Manager in the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to helping our customers improve patient care and outcomes through our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing excellent customer service with a patient-focused approach.

You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical staff training, and supporting cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers the North West of England, West Midlands, and North Wales. Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within this region.

What you need

* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device sales
* Proven success in capital sales
* Ownership mindset with results-driven focus
* Drive and desire to succeed
* Alignment with our values: Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen, ideally with NHS/private sector knowledge
* A full, valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
