We are seeking an experienced Science practitioner with a passion for teaching. The role will include teaching a range of BTEC and GCSE Science units, potentially from Level 2 to Level 3, dependent on skills. Applicants should be qualified in one or more of the science relevant disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), preferably to graduate level, as well as having relevant experience in this field.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and have or be willing to undertake a teaching qualification within the first year of employment.
A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
