A global investment firm is seeking a confident and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join their Birmingham office. You’ll play a key role in supporting a fast-moving team, managing priorities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re someone who communicates with ease, stays on top of multiple deadlines, and enjoys working in a professional, international environment - this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Coordinating busy diaries and scheduling meetings across different time zones
2. Arranging travel (both UK and international)
3. Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
4. Managing expense and invoicing systems
5. Building strong relationships with EAs across the UK and globally
What you’ll bring:
6. 1–3 years’ experience in an admin or similar role (investment banking, events, or professional services preferred)
7. A proactive, “can-do” attitude
8. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
The details:
9. Full-time role
10. - months, initial offer will be 6-months, with additional extensions. If successful, a strong performance could help open future opportunities.
11. Office-based, 5 days per week
