The Roles: We are building High‑Performance Pods
We have a proven, successful sales process. We are looking for two types of people to form powerhouse Sales Pods. Whether you are an organised qualifier or a focussed closer, we want to hear from you.
1. The Qualifier
You take ownership of a deal from the moment an enquiry arrives, nurturing leads, and ensuring we produce the best possible solution for our customers. You work closely with the closer to assist them in staying on top of their tasks and ensuring each deal is concluded in a timely manner.
2. The Closer
Working closely with your qualifying partner, you use your consultative skills to negotiate with the client to ensure we can meet their needs, and close the deal. You have the patience and tenacity to stick with a project over months, to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

That’s OK – attitude matters more to us. If you have the right mindset, training for the role is available.
Who You Are
* You have a patient, persistent phone manner and present with authority.
* You get a kick from a well‑managed CRM and a lead that is 100% ready to close.
* You realise that in complex infrastructure, the win is a long game and persistence pays.
* Critically: You live within a daily commute of Errol/Perth and want to be part of an office based team.
