We are seeking an experienced and visionary Professional Lead Occupational Therapist to provide strategic leadership and professional oversight across our Caithness occupational therapy services. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving clinical excellence, shaping service development, and ensuring the highest standards of care and governance.
You will act as the lead advisor on all matters relating to Occupational Therapy for this area, supporting workforce development, and leading innovation to improve outcomes for patients and service users.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Occupational Therapist ready to influence change, support a dynamic team, and make a lasting impact at an organisational level.
You must be registered with the HCPC, and have a current driving licence with access to a vehicle.
The post is offered as a full-time post of 37 hours per week, however part-time and/or job share applicants will be considered.
