About the Role: As Chef de Partie, you’ll work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create seasonal dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and flavour. You’ll take pride in your section, supporting the Head Chef in maintaining our high standards of consistency, presentation, and hygiene. This is a mainly daytime-only position with a few evenings for events throughout the year, making it ideal for chefs seeking a better work–life balance while still working in a busy, professional kitchen. Your Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across your section Assist in menu development and daily specials Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Contribute to a positive and supportive working environment About You: Experience in a similar role within a quality kitchen Passionate about fresh, seasonal food Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure A team player with a genuine love for hospitality What We Offer: Mainly daytime shifts – enjoy your evenings off!
