What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Global Product Team. You are as comfortable leading discovery as you are designing polished interfaces. You know how to uncover user needs, frame problems, and then drive solution ideation from first sketches through to high-fidelity designs and specifications. You’re a collaborative partner to Product and Engineering, able to balance user value, technical constraints, and business impact. You bring strong visual craft, a structured approach to UX, and the confidence to facilitate workshops and design reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP, Product Management, the Senior UX/UI Designer will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end user experience across our product suite: that helps talent acquisition professionals reach and attract the best candidates.
1. Lead UX discovery activities (user interviews, usability tests, surveys, journey mapping) to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
2. Synthesise research into personas, jobs-to-be-done, and opportunity areas that inform product decisions.
3. Partner with Product Managers to define UX goals, requirements, and success metrics for priority initiatives.
4. Drive solution ideation through workshops, design studios, and co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams.
5. Explore and validate multiple design options using sketches, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
6. Design end-to-end user journeys for key workflows across web applications and responsive experiences.
7. Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand, design system, and accessibility standards.
8. Produce clear design specifications, interaction details, and assets to support efficient engineering delivery.
9. Collaborate closely with Engineers during implementation to ensure design quality and feasibility.
10. Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, and UX guidelines to drive consistency at scale.
11. Define and track UX success metrics using qualitative feedback and quantitative product analytics.
12. Iterate on designs post-launch based on evidence (behavioural data, feedback, and testing) to continuously improve the experience.
Qualifications Requirements
Experience/Skills Needed:
13. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for B2B or SaaS products.

15. Strong experience with solution ideation: workshop facilitation, concept exploration, and prototyping.
16. Excellent interaction design skills: user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
17. Strong visual/UI design skills with a clear eye for hierarchy, and consistency.
18. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, ideally Figma.
19. Experience working in cross-functional, Agile product teams alongside PMs and Engineers.
20. Strong communication skills: able to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
