is excited to be working with a fast-growing iGaming company who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to join their Manchester based marketing team. As the CRM Executive, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising customer engagement campaigns across sportsbook and casino.
This role would be well suited to an individual with proven experience working in a CRM focused role in the iGaming industry who has a strong understanding of compliance within regulated markets.
Responsibilities
:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and on-site channels
Segment customer databases and tailor communications to maximise engagement, retention, and player lifetime value
Support campaign planning and execution for key sporting events, casino launches, and seasonal promotions
Work closely with design, product, and BI teams to ensure all campaigns are creative, relevant, and performance-driven
Monitor campaign KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and retention, providing actionable insights
Ensure all CRM activities comply with UKGC regulationsand responsible gambling requirements
Assist in the development and optimisation of player journeys, onboarding flows, and lifecycle marketing programmes
Conduct A/B testing and share findings to improve communication effectiveness
Provide reporting and analysis to senior marketing and CRM managers
Requirements
:
Previous experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement, ideally within the iGaming industry
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Optimove, or similar) and campaign management tools
Familiarity with UKGC regulatory requirements and best practices in responsible gambling communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to campaign optimisation and innovation
Fluent in English
