We’re partnering with a top-tier Microsoft Partner that’s looking for a Head of Business Applications to lead their D365 CE practice. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the future of customer engagement solutions across a diverse client portfolio.
The Opportunity:
As Head of Business Applications, you’ll:
* Lead and grow a high-performing team of consultants, architects, and delivery specialists
* Define and execute the D365 CE strategy across multiple sectors
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solution excellence and long-term value
* Collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience within a Microsoft Partner environment
* Deep functional and strategic knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
* Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience
* A track record of delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions
