Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s creative and technical production services. This role requires a proactive approach to market research and strategic planning to expand the company’s presence in the events and production sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets (e.g., live events, exhibitions, corporate productions).
* This role focuses on identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals using phone, email & CRM systems
* CRM system – Manage all inbound enquiries to the business from different streams (e.g. via phone, email or form enquires)
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within technical production or events industry.
* Strong phone-based and written communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers remotely
* Experience using CRM systems
* Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
